In 2022, we launch the InciSioN Ghana Research Mentorship Program (RMP) that connected seasoned researchers with early career professionals that are eager to begin their research journey.  

The RMP involved a series of didactive lectures that takes mentees through the various steps in research offering them the tools to conduct independent original research projects with guidance of their mentee.

In 2022, we launch the InciSioN Ghana Education Series- Exploring the Possibilities that is a series of webinars hosting consultants, senior specialists and residents in the various fields of surgery, obstetrics, trauma and anaesthesia to interact with medical students, house officers and medical officers. 

We aim to offer our audience the true knowledge about the demands, experiences and rewards possible in the field of surgery, obstetrics, trauma and anaesthesia.
